Student Verification for Microsoft College Bundle

I have recently been corresponding with Microsoft Costumer Service, [moderator's note: PII removed].outbound.protection.outlook.com, about continued trouble with the verification process to access my College Student Bundle. I just bought a Lenovo Yoga 2 and 1 from Best Buy and no matter what I try I can't get access to Microsoft 365, the game pass or the controller.

I have responded with all the requested information, but in the three responses I have received, they just ask for my email, my serial number and my unique username again. Can you help me get access to the College Bundle

    Hi Jake Strebel,

    I can understand how confusing when you’ve been going in circles after already providing the requested information.

    For this offer, the purchased PC must be an eligible model and linked to the Microsoft account used during setup. Student verification also requires a valid .edu college email address. Once verification is approved, the redemption instructions for Microsoft 365 Premium, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and the controller are sent to the email associated with that Microsoft account.

    Since the support replies keep requesting the same details, please include your existing case or email thread, purchase receipt, exact Lenovo model, and the Microsoft account email used to set up the device. For privacy, please do not post the device serial number or other account information publicly.
