I upgraded my account from personal to family with apple, but it hasnt linked across

Let me troubleshoot with you before routing to an agent.
- Launch the App Store on your Mac.
- Confirm that you are signed in with the Apple ID that was used to purchase the Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Open your Apple subscription settings and check whether the Microsoft 365 subscription is currently active.
