Account management: work email access issue

To restore Microsoft Learn achievements from a previous work email, access to at least one login account that is linked to that Learn profile is required.

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the old work account if it is still accessible.
2. Select the profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Open Settings.
4. Under Account Management, select Add Login account.
5. Sign in with a personal Microsoft account or another current work/school account.

This links the accounts to the same Learn profile. If the added account is already associated with another Learn profile, a Profile Merge happens and the learning progress, credentials, and transcript are combined. Merge cannot be undone.

If access to the old work account has already been lost, the old Learn profile cannot be accessed until that work or school account is recovered. Recovery of work or school accounts must be handled by the workplace or school IT administrator. Microsoft cannot assist with recovery of work or school accounts.

To avoid losing access again, add a personal Microsoft account to the Learn profile after access is restored.
