Startup Credits Eligibility Issue – Account Verification

Hello Support,

**I previously secured Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub credits (up to $5,000) using my Gmail account. I used about $1,000 of those credits before they expired in April 2026. After expiration, I was prompted to enter an investor referral code, and later asked to align my account with LinkedIn.

To comply, I switched to another Gmail account that is linked to both my Azure portal and my LinkedIn business page (which has a verified company profile). However, as of August 2026, when I sign in with this new account, I receive the message: “This account can’t be used for Microsoft for Startups credits. Sign in with an eligible Microsoft account to access this offer.”

Issue:

My LinkedIn is tied to a verified business page.

My Azure portal is linked to the same Gmail account.

Despite this, the system marks my account as ineligible.

Request: Please clarify why my account is showing as ineligible despite LinkedIn business verification, and advise the exact steps I need to take to regain eligibility for startup credits (whether through Founders Hub reapplication, investor referral, or account alignment).
