how do ifix my external keyboad to remove longpress

when i type it take too long to respond ,and some keys are not responding how do ido to sort it out this is on my computer acer.

    Before trying the additional steps, could you let me know whether you've already given the AI Answer's suggestions a try? If so, how did they go?

    If the issue continues, I'd also suggest checking the keyboard repeat settings:

    1. Press Windows + R, type "control keyboard" and press Enter.
    2. On the Speed tab, move Repeat delay toward Short, click Apply and test the keyboard again.
