when i bought my laptop 2022 that time i get life time MS office license version but when i came in UK 2024 that time by mistake i log out and put my university id but know i tried to open to many time for long time but it was not open. so please guide me how to get my access back .

To help narrow down the issue:

Do you remember the personal Microsoft account/email you originally used to activate Office when you bought the laptop in 2022?
When you open Word or Excel now, what exact message or error do you see?
If you sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services with your original Microsoft account, is the Office license listed there?

In the meantime, open Word or Excel, go to File > Account, and sign out of the university account. Close all Office apps, reopen one, then sign in with the Microsoft account that was originally used to activate the lifetime Office license.

If the license appears under Services & subscriptions, you should normally be able to reinstall or reactivate Office from there without buying it again.

I bought laptop in January and i don’t remember account and the massage is ask me about passkey and if open so file was not save it show direct save in one drive and even file was not edit as well.

The university account will not restore the Office license that originally came with the laptop.

To help narrow this down:

Was Office included with the laptop when you bought it, or did you purchase Office separately?

Is this still the same laptop where Office was originally activated?

When the passkey message appears, what is the exact wording? If possible, share a screenshot with any personal information hidden.

Since you do not remember the original Microsoft account, try Microsoft's username recovery option first. It can help identify the account using a recovery phone number or email address. https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/accounts-billing/manage/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username

Also check Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts in Windows to see if your old personal Microsoft account is still listed there.

Once you identify the original account, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and check whether the Office license appears there.

Since this is the same laptop, please go back to the steps I mentioned earlier that you have not tried yet:

Open Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts and check if your old Microsoft account is listed there.

Try Microsoft's username/account recovery option to identify the account originally used with Office.

Once you identify it, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and check if the Office license is listed.
