If the PC was purchased in another region, it's possible that the Windows edition or installed language features differ from what was originally expected. Let's first confirm which edition of Windows is installed, as that determines whether the display language can be changed.
Please check the Windows edition:
- Press Windows + R, type
winverand press Enter. - Take a screenshot of the window that appears and share it here.
- If your device is running a standard Windows Home or Pro edition, we can look at installing the missing language features. If it is a Single Language edition, the available language options may be limited by the edition itself.
