How to fix Some Of These Are Managed By Your Organization on personalization settings

If this is a personal PC, first check whether a work or school connection is still attached:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Accounts > Access work or school.
3. If a school or work account appears there, select it and choose Disconnect.
4. Restart the PC and check whether Personalization settings are available again.

If no work or school account is listed, or the message remains after disconnecting, stale policy settings may still be applied.

Warning: The next step deletes Windows policy registry keys. Incorrect registry changes can affect system behavior. Restart after completing the commands.

1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
2. Run these commands one at a time:

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f
reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f
reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Policies" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f
reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f

3. If any command fails, continue with the next one.
4. Restart the PC.

If the device is still connected to a school or work account in Access work or school, or the account appears there again after restart, the device may still be managed and the restriction can be enforced by organizational policy.
