how do i ARCHIVE AN ENTIRE FOLDER?

Regarding your concern, the forum AI-suggested answer does provide appropriate information: as of now, New Outlook doesn't have the same "Archive this folder and all subfolders" command as classic Outlook has. However, you can still archive an entire folder in New Outlook following these recommended steps:

• Open New Outlook and select the folder you want to archive.
• Click any message in the folder > press Ctrl+A to select all messages.
• Select Archive on the toolbar > this moves all the selected messages into the mailbox’s standard Archive folder. The original folder itself and its subfolder structure will not be moved.
