Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear Lindsay,
I'm sorry you are locked out while trying to review and pay an invoice. Unfortunately, as a forum moderator, I am not able to look up your account or identify the administrator linked to it. My role here is limited to general guidance you can apply from your side.
To point you in the right direction, could you clarify a few things?
- Is the blocked address a work or business address, or a personal Outlook or Hotmail address?
- When you say blocked, do you mean you cannot sign in, or that the mailbox is no longer receiving mail?
- What exact message appears when you try to sign in?
- Does the invoice show a company name, domain, or subscription name?
- Are you the business owner, or the person who originally set up the subscription?
For a Microsoft 365 business account, the administrator is usually the person who created the subscription, your internal IT contact, an external IT provider or Microsoft partner, or someone holding a Global Administrator or Billing Administrator role in the tenant. This article walks through how to identify them: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?
If you are the only person in the business and you purchased the subscription yourself, then you are most likely the administrator, as whoever signs up is normally assigned billing account ownership.
Once I have a clearer picture, I will do my best to help from there. Looking forward to your reply.
