Preview for embeddable powerpoints are not working

We use one of our OneDrives to embed our PowerPoints into our website. When I click the preview in the PowerPoint in the OneDrive, it is coming up as blank and is not showing the PowerPoints on our website. We need this issue to be sorted as soon as possible as we have students needing to complete their training via our website and need to see the PowerPoint slides.

    I understand the urgency, especially because the presentations are blocking student training. The best immediate recovery step is to verify that PowerPoint for the web can render the files, then regenerate the embed code rather than continuing to use the existing iframe.

    Please refer the following steps:

    -Open an affected presentation directly in PowerPoint for the web

    Sign in to the OneDrive account that owns the presentation > In OneDrive > Files, select the presentation > Confirm whether it opens correctly in PowerPoint for the web and whether Start Slide Show works. PowerPoint presentations stored in OneDrive should open in the browser through PowerPoint for the web.

    -If the presentation opens, generate completely new embed code

    Remove the existing iframe code from the website > In OneDrive, select the PowerPoint file, choose </> Embed, and then select Generate > Copy the newly generated HTML and paste it into the website’s HTML/embed component > Microsoft states that an embedded file may stop displaying if the file is no longer available or if the link used by the embedded code has changed. Its documented fix is to remove the old HTML and regenerate the embed code from OneDrive.

    -Alternatively, generate the code from PowerPoint for the web

    Because the preview is also blank inside OneDrive, test the source file rather than only the website:
