I am referencing the question partially answered here: How to Delete Resources from Azure Resource Mover

I have completed the deletion of the resources that were on hold for moving within the Azure Resource Mover service. I have removed the permissions from the managed enterprise application from Microsoft within our Azure Tenant, but the application itself is not available with any permission (Cloud App, Application Admin, or GA) to be disabled or deleted.

Can this app be deleted or disabled at all?

Hi Vincent,

If you have already removed all the resources from Azure Resource Mover, you should normally be able to delete the MoveCollection itself. You do not need to delete the Microsoft-managed enterprise application just to remove the MoveCollection.

I would first check the Resource Mover collection to make sure there are no remaining move resources, pending operations, or dependencies. Once everything has been cleared, you can delete the MoveCollection from the Azure portal or by using PowerShell or the Azure CLI. Microsoft documents this cleanup process here.

The Microsoft-managed application you are seeing is separate from the MoveCollection, so I would leave it alone unless Microsoft specifically requires its removal.
