Fifa 26 which used to work very smoothly is now lagging so much i dont know what to do

The best first option is to go to the support page for your laptop on the Asus website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics driver.

If that does not resolve the problem, did this problem start after installing a Windows update?
If so, open the Settings App
Go to Windows Updates - Update History

I have tried all this still not working i think games are detected through AMD but i have Nvidia RTX 3050 graphic, i hope this graphic card is enough for fc 26 and God of War Ragnarok, what could be the problem?

Open the Settings App.
Go to System - Display - Graphics.
On that settings window, you should be able to set those games to run specifically on the Nvidia graphics card and also ensure you have the games enabled got Windows optimization for games mode.
Then, restart your PC and check if that resolves the problem.

Select the Display tab on the resulting DirectX utility.

Thank you for the screenshots, there is no problem indicated with your graphics or Windows.
Restart (not shut down) your PC to flush out your RAM.
Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
Select the Processes tab, then leave that utility open to monitor your system.
When your games are lagging, please provide a screenshot of that processes tab.
Your screenshots indicates the games are running on the AMD graphics, not the Nvidia graphics.
Boot your system into BIOS and check if you can disable the integrated AMD graphics (iGPU) in there to force your system to use the Nvidia graphics.

Okay, open Device Manager.
Expand the Display Adapters section.
Right click the AMD graphics and choose Disable (not uninstall).
That should force the games to use the Nvidia graphics.
did that but now the games are not opening after disabling AMD
In that case, re-enable the AMD graphics, if you have reinstalled the Nvidia drivers and that did not resolve the problem, it may be time to think about backing up your files and clean install Windows.
