Billing case 2607170030003327 unanswered for 4 weeks - Microsoft for Startups credits never applied

Our Microsoft for Startups business verification case (SR 2607170030003327, opened 17 Jul 2026) has stalled.

On 27 Jul 2026 a support engineer confirmed in writing that the engineering team would complete our account upgrade and apply the associated startup credits by the end of July. The credits never appeared. We followed up on 10 Aug and 18 Aug and have had no response since 27 Jul. Severity is locked at C on the Basic plan, so we cannot escalate inside the case, and our subscription has no "Your Microsoft Team - Get program support" option, so the documented Microsoft for Startups program support channel is not available to us either.

Meanwhile we are being billed for usage the credits were meant to cover, and we paid the last invoice out of pocket to keep production running. This month's charges are already about 15x the previous month.

Our Microsoft for Startups page also shows "This account can't be used for Microsoft for Startups credits", and our billing account is an individual MCA - which per the Founders Hub FAQ means sponsorship credits cannot be applied to it at all. So we suspect this needs an Azure sponsorship activation or entitlement transfer, not just "applying credits".

Could a moderator please have the backend team pick up SR 2607170030003327? Billing and subscription management support is included with the Basic plan, and this has now been unanswered for four weeks past a committed date. Happy to provide any account details privately.
