Is Azure Databricks down? Getting: "The service at /explore/data?o={Id} is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. [TraceId: -]"

Experiencing intermittent access failures in an Azure Databricks workspace hosted in Australia East.

When opening the Explore Data page, the workspace returns:

}

This appears to be a workspace/control-plane service issue rather than a cluster or query issue. Has anyone else experienced this in Australia East today, and is there a known service incident or workaround?
