Unable to download reports from Admin Center

I tried to download the report from the Microsoft365 Admin Center, but the following error is occurring. {"error":{"code":"Unauthorized","message":"We are sorry! You are not authorized to make the call for user level data."}}

I tried to download SharePoint User Activity (last 7 days) in Excel, and it was downloaded for 30 days and 90 days, but it was less than 7 days.

    The error message Unauthorized: You are not authorized to make the call for user level data. indicates that the account or role being used may not have the required permission to access user-level data in the report.

    Could you please confirm whether the admin account you're using has one of the appropriate roles listed in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center Usage Reports OverviewUser's image

    For the SharePoint User Activity report, Microsoft lists SharePoint Administrator, Reports Reader, Global Administrator, and several other roles as having access to usage reports.

    Please check the admin role assigned to the account and let me know which role it has.
