Exam cancelled by Pearson VUE, voucher expired before I could reschedule - PL-300

Hello,

I won a Microsoft Certification exam voucher for completing an AI Skills

Applied Skills Challenge, intended for the PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI

Data Analyst) exam.

My exam was scheduled for 26 Aug 2026, 3:00 PM, at test site "IGP PERU

SAC" (Pearson VUE Case ID: (removed by Moderador)). However, I received an automated

email from Pearson VUE stating that they were unable to deliver my exam

as scheduled, and that I needed to reschedule.

When I tried to reschedule through the Pearson VUE website, I got the

following error:

"The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was

discounted with a voucher and the voucher has restrictions. The new

appointment does not meet the following restriction: The voucher is

Expired and can no longer be used."

In other words, my original appointment (booked before the voucher

expired) was cancelled by Pearson VUE for reasons outside my control,

and by the time they asked me to reschedule, the voucher had already

expired — leaving me unable to complete the exam I was supposed to take

using a voucher I earned.

Pearson VUE support confirmed that only the issuing team (Microsoft) can

help with an expired voucher.

Could someone please help reinstate my voucher or issue a new one so I

can complete the PL-300 exam? This situation was caused by the exam

cancellation on Pearson VUE's side, not by any delay on my part. I'm

happy to share my Registration ID, Microsoft Certification ID, and

Pearson VUE Case ID (removed by Moderador) privately if needed.
