MSN comment bans and blocked posts are handled by MSN’s own automated and human moderation systems, not by Microsoft Edge or Windows settings. Standard support forums cannot see the exact moderation rule, log, or reason for a specific ban, and they cannot override it.
Automated moderation can incorrectly flag comments when wording is interpreted as violating community guidelines, even if the intended meaning was different.
The supported way to challenge this is to send feedback directly from MSN:
- Open the MSN article or page where the comment was blocked or where comments appear.
- Select Feedback on the MSN page.
- Describe that the comment was banned or rejected even though it was intended to follow community guidelines.
- Include the exact comment text and the page where it happened.
- Submit the feedback for review by the MSN team.
For MSN moderation generally:
- Rejected or removed content can result from automated or human review.
- Content may also be removed later if flagged by users or reviewers for violating guidelines.
- For partner-submitted content in MSN Partner Hub, rejected items show See details and support Appeal, but that process applies to submitted partner content, not article comments.
- Troubleshoot MSN content rejections and moderation issues
- i dont appreciate your all community moderators that are quite sadistic - Microsoft Q&A why are MSN moderators so biased censoring mean spirited protect evil people , and really annoy heartfelt comments

- AI Censorship - Microsoft Q&A I have been told that I am not following community guidelines, when I post comments on different articles. While I understand that companies have the right to censorship. Nothing that I have posted is vulgar, disparaging against anyone. I truly believe that your AI needs more training or should automatically be reviewed by a human when your AI marks it, as being against community guidelines.
