Assuming you have macOS 14 and above, and the order was directly from Microsoft, you can download the installer from here: https://res.public.onecdn.static.microsoft/mro1cdnstorage/C1297A47-86C4-4C1F-97FA-950631F94777/MacAutoupdate/Microsoft_365_and_Office_16.112.26081720_BusinessPro_Installer.pkg

    the https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2158744 link is for MICROSOFT 365; it does not correspond to OFFICE 2021.
