Support for Windows 10 officially ended in October last year, after that date there are no further feature updates, or technical support for Windows 10 provided.

Correction: I'm one of the many who got an Auto-Extension from Microsoft at the last moment, through October 2027. There was a name for that extension, and I cannot recall it.
That website you listed is selling volume licence versions of Windows, they are not genuine home user licences, you should avoid any website selling very cheap Windows licences.
