Personal Microsoft account appears to have a duplicate Work/School identity in a viral Entra ID tenant. A Microsoft support agent previously confirmed the issue but the escalation was never completed. New Outlook now fails with INVALIDCREDENTIALS_INTERACTIONREQUIRED. How can a consumer user get this escalated to the Entra ID identity team?
