Region deployment for Azure for Students subscription

I am currently using an "Azure for Students" subscription and I am trying to deploy a new Storage Account (with ADLS Gen2 enabled) for my data engineering educational project.

However, I am consistently getting blocked by a policy error across multiple regions (including West Europe, East US, North Europe, UK West, etc.). The error message is: "RequestDisallowedByAzure: This policy maintains a set of best available regions where your subscription can deploy resources... The selected region is currently not accepting new customers."

Could you please help suggesting at least one reliable region (such as West Europe, East US, or North Europe) for my subscription so I can successfully provision a Storage Account and proceed with my work?
