Not allowed to make comments on articles. Have been for years and how do I get unblocked

When you request an appeal, our team of human moderators will review the comment. If they determine the comment was removed in error, it will be published immediately. All appeal decisions are final. This is fine and dandy except there is NO place to make an appeal! My problem is my comment was not blocked - EVERYTHING is blocked and has been for years. WHY?

MSN article commenting restrictions are controlled by MSN’s moderation systems, not by Microsoft Edge or Windows settings. When all comments are blocked for a long period, the documented path is to report it through MSN’s feedback tool on an MSN page.

Use this process:

Open any MSN article or page that has comments.
Select Feedback at the bottom right of the MSN page.
Describe that commenting has been blocked on all articles for years, that the account previously could comment, and include any error message shown.
Submit the feedback for MSN to investigate the account’s moderation status.

Key points:

Standard support forums cannot see or change the reason an MSN commenting account is restricted.
Automated moderation can incorrectly flag or block accounts.
There is no separate documented appeal location for MSN article comments beyond the MSN feedback mechanism.
For MSN Partner Hub submitted content, appeals exist in Partner Hub, but that applies to partner posts, not article comments.
