MSN article comments are controlled by MSN’s moderation systems. If the comments section is missing or commenting is blocked, there is no setting in Microsoft Q&A or Learn that can reactivate it.
Try these steps:
- Open an MSN article and look for the speech-bubble comment icon on the article page or near the bottom of the article.
- If the comment area does not appear, check whether the article or region currently supports comments, because availability can vary by region.
- If comments were previously available and now cannot be read or posted, use the Feedback option at the bottom-right of an MSN page.
- In the feedback form, describe:
- that comments are missing or unavailable
- whether commenting was working before
- any message shown when trying to comment
- when the issue started
If the account has been restricted by MSN moderation, only the MSN team can investigate that through the MSN feedback mechanism.
