Hello!

Does anyone know the reason why I cannot send anything over from my phone over to my PC? Everything is set up properly, I receive any notifications from my phone directly to my PC, but when it comes to sending anything from my iPhone to my pc it does not work.

    Hello Alice Silva,

Thank you sharing the screenshot. I understand that the iPhone is connected and notifications work, but files sent from the iPhone cannot reach your PC. The “unable to reach” message might indicate Link to Windows cannot communicate with the PC over the local network.

First, please check the requirements in this article: [Article] Sharing your files between your iPhone® and Windows PC

If everything is set up correctly but the issue continues, try the following:

    1. On the iPhone, open Settings > Apps > Link to Windows and enable Local Network, and Background App Refresh. Keep Link to Windows open while testing.
    2. Connect both devices to the same private Wi-Fi network. Temporarily turn off any VPN on either device, then try sending one small screenshot.
    3. Update Windows, Phone Link, iOS, and Link to Windows, then restart both devices.
    4. If the issue remains, confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and that the PC supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Remove the iPhone from Phone Link > Settings > My Devices and Windows Settings > Bluetooth & devices. On the iPhone, forget the PC under Settings > Bluetooth. Restart Bluetooth on both devices, then pair them again through Phone Link.

Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps, and I'll be glad to continue looking into it with you.
