Technical Support

Does anyone know how I can speak directly to technical support?

I've had a company in my entire company where I can't work and Microsoft doesn't give me any solutions in this regard.

I pay them a fortune every month so that everything works and goes as it should and now, that there is a problem, no one shows their face.

I think it's a shame of service.

Anyone who can help me?

Dear @Lane Seraphina

I can completely understand your frustration experiencing a critical outage across your entire company is unacceptable, especially when you depend on these services daily.

If you are a Microsoft 365 Admin, here is how you can reach technical support directly right now:
Option 1: Request a Phone Call Back via Admin Center

  • Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and log in with your admin credentials.
  • Click the Help & support button in the bottom right corner.
  • Type a brief description of your issue (e.g., "Company-wide outage, need immediate contact").
  • Scroll down and click Contact Support.
  • Select Phone as your preferred contact method, enter your phone number, and submit. An agent will call you directly.

Option 2: Call Microsoft Admin Support directly
If you cannot log into the Admin Center, call the official global support number for your region. Find your local business support number on the official Microsoft Customer Service Phone Numbers page.

(Note: Phone support is strictly reserved for global or billing administrators of M365 tenant accounts.)

Official Guide: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business

Service Status: Check real-time service health at Microsoft Service Health to confirm active incidents.

If you encounter any basic issues or have questions, do not hesitate to post them to the community; members will assist you as quickly as possible often even before you need to contact Microsoft support to the best of their knowledge.

If you are not an organization administrator, please contact your internal IT department or M365 Administrator immediately so they can submit an urgent support request on behalf of the company.
