I do not have a problem getting emails on my phone or on the website. but on the outlook app I cannot even login in on computer. I have tried repairing, uninstalling outlook and Microsoft 365 then reinstalling it. I know the password is correct cause I can login into Microsoft 365. any ideas?

thank you..

Hi John, when i try to login in it says can't connect with provider. My provider is through spectrum, and I was originally using classic, which is what I prefer. But it looks like it is trying to use the new outlook. see pic below.

Thanks for the screenshot. That explains it. You are currently being taken into New Outlook, even though you were previously using Classic Outlook.

Currently, the switch back option from New Outlook to Classic Outlook may no longer appear for some users because Microsoft has been gradually removing or disabling it.

To use Classic Outlook again, you may need to uninstall the New Outlook app first, then download and install Classic Outlook.

You can get it here: https://support.microsoft.com/office/install-or-reinstall-classic-outlook-on-a-windows-pc-5c94902b-31a5-4274-abb0-b07f4661edf5

Adjust the language if needed, then click "Download" to get the installer.

Once Classic Outlook is installed, try adding your Spectrum account again.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!
