AI-901 event discount (50%) not applying after Azure AI Foundry Virtual Training Day, Aug 6-7

I attended the Microsoft Virtual Training Day: "Develop generative AI apps with Azure AI Foundry" on August 6–7, 2026, and received a "Thank you for attending" email confirming my eligibility for a 50% discount on the AI-901 exam.

I've signed in with the same email used for event registration and gone through the full scheduling flow to the Pearson VUE payment page, but the full price still shows — no discount applied. It's been over 2 weeks, well past the usual 5-business-day processing window.

Could someone please check why the discount isn't attaching to my profile and help apply it to my AI-901 registration?
