I am not able to reset my laptop, it is not working and neither is the update getting installed, when did it get installed, it has been 2 hours and till now it is not 100% working, neither are the keys working, none of the keyboard keys are working

Hi! I already contacted Windows tech support and redirect me here since I am under Windows Insider programme.
The Windows tech support did some troubleshooting before redirecting me here.
First, when opening the task manager and click anything, it would not work
when opening cmd, it would also not type anything even using on-screen keyboard
Then he check it is caused by Insider program due to not stable.
Kindly assist me with this issue, because there is possibility that the Windows corrupted for Insider programme. Thanks

Reinstall worked.
Please right click the Start button,
choose Run, type winver and click OK.
Tell me what build you are on.
