My esu enrolment has disappeared

I was enrolled in the Windows 10 ESU scheme, but suddenly this has vanished from my update screen. How do I reinstate?
The enroll now prompt is not there.

DaveM121 929K Reputation points Independent Advisor2026-08-24T13:44:51.69+00:00 Thank you for the screenshots, your Windows 10 version has not been upgraded since December last year, it is a mystery why the ESU has disappeared and no registry entry is found for the ESU, the best option may be to perform an in--place repair with the Windows 10 ISO, the ESU registration offer should then appear again.
Please ensure you download the ISO in the same language as you use for the Windows UI, follow the steps, this is then not like re-installing Windows, it is just like an update and your personal files, settings and installed software will not be affected.

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), then choose ISO, not USB
When the ISO file completes downloading
Disconnect from the Internet
Disconnect all external devices with the exception of a mouse or keyboard.
Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed
Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the Install option.
Very Important - ensure you select the option to keep your files and apps.

Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

Open the Settings App
Go to Windows Updates
Please provide a screenshot of that window showing the update that is failing.

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.
Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WindowsIn the left pane, is there a sub-folder (Key) of Windows named consumer ESU
If so, select that folder (key).
Please provide a screenshot of that Registry Editor page.
