My Microsoft account is ******@qq.com. I received an official warning email from Microsoft last year. It advised that my personal account had been frozen due to two‑year inactivity. My OneDrive and OneNote data would be permanently deleted after 7/7/2025 11:12:58 AM unless I signed‑in to OneDrive to re‑activate the account before that timestamp.
Unfortunately I failed to log in before that deadline. My old Mac device, which cached my OneNote notebooks, was lost. After logging into this account on my new Mac, all OneNote notebooks are empty.
Could you please check backend records for this account? Please check OneDrive, Recycle Bin, second‑stage Recycle Bin and file‑version history for any surviving OneNote notebook data. I understand data may already be purged, but please confirm whether any recovery possibility exists. Thank you.

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, if your account was not accessed for two years, then the system would close your account due to inactivity, and sadly when that happens, all data is automatically deleted, and there is no native process available to recover the data on the account, you can try to contact Microsoft Support directly, but they also cannot recover your data.
You indicate you are able to log into that account on your new Mac, is that correct, was the account not automatically closed after two years of inactivity.
