Hello Microsoft Support,

I am a verified student and I claimed the GitHub Student Developer Pack in December 2025. I am now trying to activate/use the Azure for Students benefit included with the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

However, I am unable to access or activate Azure for Students.

When I try to access the Azure Portal, I repeatedly receive authentication errors such as:

  • AADSTS16000 — the user account from identity provider live.com does not exist in the Microsoft Services tenant.
  • AADSTS50020 — the user account does not exist in the Microsoft Services tenant and cannot access the Azure Portal application.

I also tried accessing the official Azure for Students signup page in an InPrivate/Incognito window. Instead of allowing me to complete the student verification/activation, it shows:

“You do not have access — our systems are detecting a problem with your account and are unable to validate your access.”

I have already tried signing out and signing in again, using an InPrivate/Incognito window, and accessing Azure through the Azure for Students page, but the issue persists.

My GitHub Student Developer Pack is active, and I am trying to claim the Azure student benefit associated with it.

Could you please check whether my account is correctly associated with the Azure for Students offer and help me activate/access the student subscription?

I would also appreciate it if you could confirm whether an Azure for Students subscription has already been created or associated with my account, as I do not want to accidentally create a duplicate or paid Azure subscription.

Thank you for your help.Screenshot 2026-08-23 001548

my credit on my account this issue is showing.
