Microsoft for Startups verification failed and “Your Microsoft Team” support option is missing

I am enrolled in Microsoft for Startups and currently have the initial $1,000 Azure credit offer.

I recently completed business verification to unlock the next Azure credit milestone, but the portal returned:

“We couldn’t verify your startup.”

My company, Sermini Technologies LLC, is a newly formed and registered Florida LLC. I can provide the Florida Articles of Organization, state registration information, and IRS EIN confirmation documentation for manual verification.

Microsoft’s current Program Support documentation states that business verification and level-up issues should be submitted through:

Azure Portal → Microsoft for Startups → Overview → Your Microsoft Team → Get program support.

However, my Microsoft for Startups page does not contain a “Your Microsoft Team” section or a “Get program support” option anywhere on the page.

Because the verification failed and the documented support entry point is missing from my account, I have no way to request review or provide supporting documentation.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Verification and advise how I can securely provide my company registration documents for manual review?

I can provide my Azure subscription information, startup account information, verification-failure screenshot, Florida LLC documentation, and EIN confirmation privately if required.
