No Activation Option for 100k$ Azure Credits in Microsoft for Startups Program

My startup has received an official acceptance letter for Microsoft for Startups program through a 10-symbols referral code provided by a VC. The following issues were revealed:

• Home Page does not demonstrate an option to activate 100k$ Azure credits.
• Benefits section has one Default Directory with no subscription mentioned.
• Cost Management > Billing > Payment Methods - this sub-section is completely disabled.

As a response, I managed to double-check my personal/company information on the portfolio and all the required pieces were already correctly filled. I have flipped through Microsoft's discussion pages, however, found no exact same issue.

The below is the Home Page displayed at sight - no clue on credit activations. Note that the Azure account has been registered after 29th of May, 2026.

• My personal Microsoft account is not connected to an eligible LinkedIn account - I am not sure if it was one of your requirements. Anyway, I was admitted to the program without being asked for LinkedIn account.
