Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
Ask your Organizer (Step-dad) to sign in to the Microsoft Family Safety page with each Microsoft account he remember and check which account shows your child's profile. If you're unable to identify the account, you can also check your family group in Outlook and select Members to see which accounts are associated with the family group.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account (Child account) on the Outlook Groups page. https://outlook.live.com/groups/
- Under Groups, select Your family.
- Click Members.
- Select the Organizer account and check whether it shows your organizer email address.
- You can use that account to sign in to the Family Safety settings page and remove your account.
