Because we have a live, paid corporate Azure infrastructure subscription under our primary business domain, we suspect your identity gateway is experiencing an automated "Work vs. Personal Account" single-sign-on loop that we cannot resolve via self-service. We kindly request a verification specialist to manually review our company profile and help us white-list our access to the application portal.
