How to delete Microsoft Loop workspace?

In the official documentation, the guide says:

To delete a workspace, go to loop.cloud.microsoft and select Grid view .

But, I don't see any Grid view button on my web appplication.

So, how to delete workspace then?

Hi @Stéphane Este-Gracias

You can delete the workspace on the main page by clicking on Loop icon on the upper left corner.

If you created the workspace, you will find the option to "Delete" at the bottom of the list. If you joined the workspace but are not the creator, you will find the option to "Leave" at the bottom of the list.

Thank you for your answer, but here is my home page when connecting to Loop.

I don't see icons on the right and workspaces don't appear as tiles.

May I ask which browser are you using? You can try using Edge or incognito web and try again.

Could you also please ask your colleagues if they are missing the Workspace tab as well?

If possible, try accessing Loop in Microsoft Teams app and check if you can see Workspace tab.

If so, please check with your colleagues to see if they have the same behavior.

If your colleagues also missing the workspace tab, it could indicate your IT has set policy for this behavior. You can try reaching out to them.

Can you also check if these icons appeared under Personal or Recent? Press the expand icon and the label will show up.

Hi @Stéphane Este-Gracias

I found the reason why you do not have Workspace tab. It is because Loop workspace creation is disabled. This setting is set at admin level.

Based on the your screenshot, the Personal workspace was never created, as there is no Workspaces tab and only the Recent components and pages view is available. This suggests you account was likely never provisioned for the Loop Workspace experience. As a result, you only has access to existing Loop pages/components and does not have the ability to create, manage, or delete workspaces. I hope this information will be able to address your concern.
