Founders Hub / Microsoft for Startups application stuck "Under Review" for 10+ days — past the stated 3-business-day SLA

I applied to Microsoft for Startups (Founders Hub) using partner referral code. The application was submitted on 2026-08-11 and confirmed as received the same day. It is still showing "under review" as of today (10+ days later), well past the program's stated 3-business-day evaluation window. Currently only the $1,000 starter credit is active — the startup-tier credits ($100K+) referenced in the partner offer have not been unlocked.

We're an AI startup actively building on Azure and want to scale up testing and usage, so resolving this in a timely way matters. I've been unable to reach a human through the in-portal "Get program support" flow or the Azure Portal support request (both route through automated diagnostics with no clear escalation path).

Could someone confirm application status, or point me to the right escalation channel?
