    Hi @Desai, Chintan

Currently, I have not found any native Microsoft Teams setting or built-in feature that can track whether a user has responded to a chat message within a specified timeframe (for example, 10 minutes) and then trigger an escalation action such as a Teams call, as described in your scenario. The closest native feature is Missed activity emails, which only sends reminder emails for unread or missed Teams activities. It does not monitor response times, determine whether a message has been answered, or trigger escalation workflows.User's image

Based on my research, this requirement would likely need to be implemented through a custom solution, such as Power Automate. I was able to create a sample workflow based on your description, however, I have not validated the more specific business logic, such as accurately determining whether a user has replied within a defined timeframe and handling all related chat scenarios. As a result, I cannot confirm whether the proposed workflow would fully meet your requirements.

Please note that this summary is based on my own findings and may not fully address your concerns. Since this scenario extends into Power Platform capabilities, I recommend posting your question in the Power Platform community. The experts there can help validate the workflow design, identify any technical limitations, and provide guidance on implementing the required logic.

I apologize for not being able to provide a definitive solution within this forum. As community member, my area of expertise is primarily focused on Microsoft 365 and Office 365 products, and I have limited visibility into Power Platform-specific development scenarios. Directing you to the appropriate community is the best way to ensure you receive the most accurate and effective assistance.

You could try to reach out to them and let me know if they can help you configure this.

If you have any additional concerns, feel free to comment below. I would be more than happy to assist.
