    Hello,

The situation you’ve described falls under Microsoft Volume Licensing and tenant administration, and unfortunately product keys or license details cannot be disclosed directly through public support channels without going through formal verification. Since your company is tied to a MOLP-Z Standard agreement, the correct path is to use the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) or the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, depending on whether the licenses are perpetual (Windows/Server MAK/KMS) or subscription-based (Microsoft 365).

For VLSC access, the designated administrator on record must sign in at https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter (microsoft.com in Bing). If you no longer have access to the registered email or admin account, you need to initiate an “Administrator Reassignment” request. This requires submitting official company documentation (Trade Registry Gazette, Tax Certificate, domain ownership proof) to Microsoft Licensing Support. The support team will validate ownership against your Authorization Number and License ID, then reassign the VLSC admin role to your authorized representative.

For Microsoft 365 tenant access, if the admin account is lost or inaccessible, you must open a service request through https://admin.microsoft.com using the “Need help?” option. Microsoft will trigger a tenant ownership verification process, where you’ll be asked to provide domain ownership records (DNS TXT verification or registrar documentation) and company legal documents. Once verified, Microsoft can reset or transfer the Global Admin role to your designated account.

Regarding MAK/KMS keys, these are only visible in VLSC under “Product Keys” once you regain access. Microsoft does not send them via email for security reasons. If your agreement expired in April 2023, perpetual licenses remain valid, but subscription-based entitlements would have lapsed unless renewed.

At this point, the most effective step is to contact Microsoft Volume Licensing Support directly. You can reach them via the VLSC portal under “Contact Us” or by phone:

For Turkey, the Microsoft Licensing Support line is typically routed via +90 212 375 52 00.

Alternatively, you can open a support case online through the VLSC portal.

Without verified ownership, Microsoft cannot disclose or transfer licenses, so preparing your company documents in advance will speed up the process.

I hope you've found something useful here. If it helps you get more insight into the issue, it's appreciated to accept the answer. Should you have more questions, feel free to leave a message. Have a nice day!

    HP.
