If your version of Windows 10 is 1903, that version of Windows 10 is 7 years out of date, if you have only recently installed Windows 10, the USB you used must have been a very old USB, all normal methods to upgrade your operating system will fail because it is so old.

To install the latest version of Windows 10, you will need to backup your files, create a new bootable Windows USB on an empty 8GB USB flash drive and use that to install Windows 10 22H2.

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created to begin installing Windows 10
During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC'.

Or if you want to install Windows 11 on your PC, then, if your system is indicated as Windows 11 compatible (an 8th gen Intel processor or newer), you can create a bootable Windows 11 USB and use that to clean install Windows 11.
