AI Skills Fest voucher — unable to reschedule existing appointment

Hi, I booked my PL-300 exam using the Microsoft AI Skills Fest voucher before the 18 August deadline. I'm trying to reschedule my existing appointment, but Pearson VUE says the voucher has expired. The exam must still be written by 18 October. Can you please assist me with rescheduling without losing my voucher?

If the voucher has expired, you cannot change anything about it, I assume.
