Applied for azure for startup credit support but Startup Verification is on Hold

Applied for Azure for startup , got the initial $1000 credit and applied for 2nd stage of $5000 by providing details about my startup on Aug 5th and today(at the time of this writing) its 21st Aug and verification is showin still under review......my initial $1000 credit have a 3 months timer and i have like 2 months left ....tried all possible ways but it always stuck in loop of bot giving advice or solutions(which obviously dosent have any relevence to this issue) ,no mail ssupport available no contact support available ..how i am supposed to clear this issue if there is no feedback
