My Microsoft 365 Education tenant has been deauthenticated with error AADSTS5000224. I am the sole administrator and cannot sign in to the Admin Center, Entra, or OneDrive.

Tenant ID: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

The tenant contains approximately 5 TB of important OneDrive data.

I am not requesting continued access to the Education subscription. My only request is temporary read-only access, tenant re-authentication, or an official data export window so I can download my files before the tenant is permanently removed.

I can verify control of the education email address and provide any required ownership information privately.

Please contact me by private message and escalate this case to the Microsoft Data Protection / Tenant Recovery / Entra backend team.

    Dear @吉 万,

Please understand that this forum is a public platform, and moderators will modify your question to cover your personal information in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.
Based on the information provided, AADSTS5000224 indicates that the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant has been deauthenticated and is no longer available for normal sign-in operations. When this condition occurs, administrators are typically unable to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Entra Admin Center, Azure Portal, or OneDrive using standard authentication methods.

Unfortunately, this is a tenant-level backend issue and cannot be resolved through tenant-side administration, password resets, browser troubleshooting, or self-service recovery. Microsoft support intervention is generally required to determine the current state of the tenant and whether recovery options remain available.

Therefore, I recommend opening a support request with Microsoft https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticketand providing your detailed issue.

Or you can contact Microsoft Support team via phone service number: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Please note that as a forum user, I do not have access to tenant backend systems and cannot directly restore access or initiate data exports. If the tenant is still within a recoverable state, only Microsoft support can verify and coordinate the available recovery options.

I hope information about can help you resolve the issue as soon as possible, feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
