Parsing a value formatted as nnn/nn/nn in Excel

These are blood pressure readings. How can I extract the individual values as in the example: 148 _ 81_64?

Hi,

You may use Data > Text To Columns. Use / as the delimiter.

I think your answer probably answers to question, but I must be using the wrong syntax. I tried =Data>Text to Columns. I will provide a screenshot of that.

Go to the Data tab in the ribbon and the click on Text To Columns.
