Not Receiving 2FA Text

I know my GroupMe username and password. However, because I set up two-factor authentication, I'm required to enter a code sent to me via text to regain access. Problem is, I'm not receiving these texts (even though it's the correct phone number). Anyone else having this issue and found a solution?

    Do you have a backup code instead? (as shown in the screenshot)

    If so, you can use the backup code to sign in to your GroupMe account.

    You can also try connecting your device to a different Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot, and then request the verification code again by signing in to GroupMe on the web at https://web.groupme.com/signin.

    Additionally, make sure your phone isn’t blocking text messages from unknown numbers. Go to your phone’s message settings and check the blocked senders list. If Microsoft’s number appears there, remove it and try requesting the verification code again.
