Azure for Students Activation Issue — Institutional Domain Not Recognized

Azure for Students eligibility is verified separately on the Microsoft side. A verified GitHub Student Developer Pack does not guarantee that the institutional domain will be recognized for Azure for Students.

For this case, the supported path is to contact Microsoft Support and create a support request for subscription management:

1. Open the Azure portal.
2. Go to Help + Support.
3. Select Create a support request.
4. In Support + Troubleshooting, search for subscription management.
5. Select subscription management, then select Next.
6. Select the subscription, then continue.
7. If the suggested solutions do not resolve the issue, scroll down and select Contact Support.
8. Select Create a support request.
9. If the solutions page appears again, select Return to support request.
10. Select Next and submit the ticket.
