Dear Microsoft Azure Billing & Support Team,
I am writing to formally report unauthorized Azure charges made using my stolen debit card.
I have not knowingly authorized or intentionally used the Azure services associated with these charges. I have also attempted to cancel the Azure subscription through the Azure Portal, but I am unable to do so because my account does not have the required Owner permissions.
This is an urgent unauthorized payment/fraud matter, and I request that Microsoft investigate it immediately.
Please:
I have reported the stolen card to my bank and am taking the necessary steps to prevent further unauthorized transactions.
I am willing to provide any information required to verify my identity and investigate the transactions, including transaction dates, amounts, the last four digits of the compromised card, and the relevant Azure subscription ID.
Please treat this as an urgent fraud and billing-security matter rather than a standard subscription cancellation request.
Thank you for your immediate assistance.
Best regards,
Akash

Hi@Akash ,
Quick clarification first: Microsoft Q&A is a community forum. Nobody here can look up your subscription, deployment IDs, charges or issue refunds. Fraud and billing cases are only handled through a support request, so here is the correct path.
