Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I need help correcting my legal name on my Microsoft Learn profile.

My current legal name is showing as Tushar Tushar, but my correct legal name is Tushar Dixit. I need this corrected because I recently faced an issue while appearing for the SC-900 exam due to the name mismatch.

Previously, I appeared for the AZ-900 and SC-200 exams using the same Microsoft Learn account and the name was also shown as Tushar Tushar, but I did not face any issue during those exams. This time, however, the name mismatch caused a problem during my SC-900 exam (I used same Govt. ID in all exam everytime my Driving Licence) but don't know why issue occur this time only.

When I try to update my legal name in my Microsoft Learn profile, I receive the following message:

"Your legal name change request will require further review. Please contact Credential Support to modify your legal name."

However, when I click Credential Support and try to sign in, I am redirected to a Cognizant page (Attached the Screenshot Screenshot 2026-08-20 230303.png). I previously worked at Cognizant, but I no longer have access to my Cognizant account. My Cognizant-related data/access has already been deleted from their side. Therefore, I am unable to log in through the Cognizant page or access the Credential Support portal using that account. I am also not sure why my personal Microsoft account is still connected to Cognizant.

My Microsoft Learn account is associated with my personal email address: [****@gmail.com]**.

Could you please help me update my legal name from Tushar Tushar to Tushar Dixit and advise me on how I can access Credential Support without my former Cognizant account and able to access it with my personal [****@gmail.com]** only.

I am happy to provide a government-issued ID or any other documentation required to verify my legal name.
If you need anything from my side please let me know.

Thank you for your help.
Tushar Dixit.

Your Gmail account is still associated with your employer if you are seeing that sign in prompt.

You need to cancel that popup and switch directory/tenant if you can, or sign in to the Engage Hub with a different email address

https://aka.ms/credentials-support takes you to the Engage Center Hub, the location for certification support. I sometimes find that I need to use https://aka.ms/credentials-support twice. If you do not see Microsoft Credentials selected against Product, create an account on the Engage Center Hub and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again. If you see the message "You are currently logged in as a guested personal account, which may result in access issues on Engage Center." then click on "Sign in to Microsoft's tenant for Personal Users", select "Login to Engage Center", and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again. If "No Access" is displayed, select Switch Tenant and choose your own tenant.
