2. Check the Achievements area for badges, certificates, or any listed achievement code.
3. If the training was instructor-led, get the achievement code from the instructor. Instructor-led course completion badges are claimed by redeeming the code provided by the instructor.
4. If the code is for a Microsoft 365 or Office product key, redeem it at https://setup.office.com/ by signing in, entering the 25-character code, and selecting Next.
5. If the code is a Microsoft or Xbox gift card, download code, or token, redeem it at https://redeem.microsoft.com/ by signing in and entering or pasting the code.
6. If the achievement or code does not appear yet, there may be a delay in completion syncing. Check again later.
